Got dry eyes?

Well I have lately and today while having my annual eye exam I asked my eye doctor what I could do for relief. He explained that because the majority of my activities in my work life and hobbies are of the detailed nature my eyes will be prone to dry out. He went on to say that it’s the frequency of my “blinks”. They diminish, they are less frequent. While much of my time spent concentrating as I apply permanent eye brows , permanent eyeliner and tattoo lip coloration can result in tired, drier eyes.

His recommendation was to use a high quality eye lubricant that will hydrate my eyes and make my own natural tears stay wet longer. The results… comfortable and healthy eyes. That makes sense.

When I’ve talked with several eye doctors about permanent makeup and the benefits, they say that say that it works well for many patients who have other eye disorders and conditions more serious such as ocular rosacea, blepharitis, and allergies to makeup. By eliminating the daily application of cosmetics on the eyes and lash lines patients reduce and sometimes eliminate the condition and its effects. Permanent makeup stays put and only needs refreshing every 2-5 years. They have also been impressed with the transformation a woman can experience when she has permanent eye brows. Eyebrows can dramatically change a woman’s appearance.
